Tickets for the 2011-12 Walton Arts Center Classroom Series

The Walton Arts Center in Fayetteville does a wonderful job of making educational performances available to school aged children in our area. The theater has been more and more open to home schoolers, and each year they have worked with us to make sure we are included in the opportunity. This is a wonderful opportunity to introduce your children to the performing arts in an inexpensive way. Each year there are performances for all ages and interests.

This year, NWACHEA is partnering with other homeschool organizations in the area to make ordering more convenient. This opportunity is open to ALL home educators in the area, regardless of membership in a support group. There are significant changes in the way that tickets will be ordered, so please read the following instructions carefully:

Ordering Tickets:

This year you will need to visit the ETCNWA website to order your tickets.

1. Click on the link above, or copy and paste it into your browser.
2. Look on the left hand side of the web site and hover over “Walton Arts Center” or look at the middle of the page and click on the link from there.
3. If you hover over “Walton Arts Center” on the left, you will get 2 options: Option 1 is “Walton Arts Center Shows”- click on this to find information and instructions on ordering and attending the shows, etc. The 2nd option is “WAC Ticket Order Form”- click on this to see more information to order your tickets.

General Information for ordering Tickets for the 2011-2012 Colgate Classroom Series of performances:

. The deadline for ordering tickets for the entire year is August 17th. Please use the link above to read more information about ordering.

. Each family will be charged a one-time $5 Family Fee to help cover the Arts Partner Fee that allows us to order tickets at a discount.

. You will be able to pay by a check in the mail or PayPal (with an additional fee).

. Please read through the descriptions of the performances before you purchase tickets. Each family has its own standards and limitations for what they wish to see, hear, and experience. It is up to the parent(s) to discern what performances align with your standards. In most cases, no one in leadership of NWACHEA or other groups has viewed the performances; we cannot vouch for the content. If you need more information about the performance, please refer to the Walton Arts Center website.

If you have any questions about the Classroom Series, ordering tickets, or attending the shows, please don’t hesitate to email Shelley Kinder, or call her at 479-789-5813 or 479-738-8893.
