NWACHEA

Fayetteville NWACHEA will hold a park play day / planning meeting THIS FRIDAY, August 22nd, from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. at the city park in Tontitown. We will be discussing plans for the semester and setting a tentative schedule for September – December field trips, parties and other events.  Members who will be participating in fall activities, or homeschoolers who would like to find out more about joining Fayetteville NWACHEA, should plan to attend.

Please bring a picnic lunch for your family, and be sure children are dressed for outside play. The Tontitown weather forecast for Friday is HOT – currently a high of 96° – so please be sure you dress to stay cool and bring plenty of water to keep your kids hydrated! At this point we plan to “soldier on” in spite of the heat and don’t anticipate last-minute adjustments, but ANY changes will be posted online … so out of an abundance of caution, please do try to check before Friday morning.

If you wish to join Fayetteville NWACHEA for the 2014/15 school year, membership applications can be found under the ‘Join’ tab. We will be collecting them at the meeting on August 22nd – if possible, please print the application and fill it out in advance – or they can be mailed to the address on the form.

If you are interested in Fayetteville NWACHEA but would like to meet families in the group and learn more about us before deciding whether to join, you are welcome to attend the play day / planning meeting on Friday. Please be aware, however, that you must become a member to participate in any future activities with the group.
