Fayetteville Planning Meeting – Friday, Jan. 11

Fayetteville NWACHEA will be holding a spring planning meeting on Friday, January 11th, 2019, from 1-3PM at Arkadia Retrocade in Fayetteville. Kids will play games while moms briefly meet to map to a plan for the spring semester.
Because Fayetteville NWACHEA is entirely parent-led, please bring ideas for field trips or other activities you’d like to coordinate for the group. If you are unable to attend but are planning to organize an event, please send the details to a board member:

ATTN: non-members — if you are not yet a member of Fayetteville NWACHEA but are planning to join, you will need to bring a completed application form with payment and turn it in when you arrive. Otherwise, full price admission ($5/person) will be due at the door.
VERY IMPORTANT: RSVPs are required & must be received by 10AM Wednesday, January 9th. Please EMAIL TINA with the number of people attending. We cannot admit anyone who has not RSVP’d as we must provide final numbers to Arkadia on Wednesday. *ABSOLUTELY* NO EXCEPTIONS can be made!
